Caregiver Recommended Providers

This resource was created as a part of the Illinois Partners in Policymaking® program through a grant from the Illinois Council on Developmental Disabilities, and compiled by Sara Zielinski (Director of Occupational Therapy Services). Caregivers were asked to fill out a survey where they could recommend providers/services that support their loved ones and the disability community. These providers are not endorsed by HLC Therapy Group, and are solely recommendations provided by caregivers. (Updated June 2024)
